Application For Undergraduate Students Only  

All applicants must reside in the Greater Cleveland Area, defined as including Cuyahoga County and counties adjoining Cuyahoga County. Individual applicants shall be active members of a church or similar religious body, regardless of denomination. 

 

An applicant shall be under twenty-one (21) years of age, but gifts may be granted in successive years without limit of age to continue support of the endeavor for which the scholarship recipient initially qualified. 

 

Each scholarship recipient shall participate in some form of community service project, unless in the opinion of the Board of Managers the scholarship recipient’s educational program does not permit such participation.

You must be a New Life At Calvary Member or referred by A Member of New Life At Calvary to apply.

 

Please send proof of your unpaid, volunteer, Community Service to New Life At Calvary, (address below). Be sure to include the date, location of service participation, telephone number of the service location, community service title in which you performed your duties, and the name of your supervisor.
